What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website when you visit it. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently and to provide information to the website owner.

What cookies does StandTool use?

StandTool uses only essential cookies. We do not use advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies.

Why are these cookies necessary?

The authentication cookies are strictly necessary for the StandTool service to function. Without them, you would not be able to log in or stay logged in to your account. Because these cookies are essential, they do not require your consent under UK PECR regulations, though we inform you of them in the interest of transparency.

Third-party cookies

We do not use any third-party advertising or analytics cookies. Our authentication service is provided by Supabase, which may set its own essential session cookies. Supabase's privacy policy can be found at supabase.com/privacy.

How to control cookies

Because we only use essential cookies, disabling them will prevent StandTool from working correctly. However, you can control cookies through your browser settings:

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
  • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
  • Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
  • Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions

Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
